This Privacy Policy applies to anvilintegration.com and information you send to Anvil Integration through the contact details published on this site. The site does not currently provide user accounts, a payment flow, or an online contact form.
Client engagements, software products, and integrations may be governed by separate contracts, product notices, statements of work, or data-processing terms. Those terms control where they conflict with this policy.
Information we receive
We may receive:
- contact and business information you choose to include in an email or other direct communication;
- the content of inquiries, project discussions, and related correspondence; and
- limited technical information processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, request timing, and security signals.

- respond to inquiries and evaluate potential engagements;
- provide, support, secure, and improve our work and systems;

Client systems and business messaging
Anvil Integration may design or operate API integrations, workflow infrastructure, and business-messaging components for clients. Where we process personal information on a client's behalf, the scope and instructions are defined by the applicable client agreement. The client remains responsible for its own notices, lawful basis, permissions, consent, recipient choices, and compliance obligations unless a signed agreement expressly allocates a responsibility differently.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, security, email, document management, and the delivery of professional services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or system security, or to professional advisers subject to appropriate duties of confidentiality.
Retention and security
